Shipping and Delivery
FEISMAN CURRENTLY SUPPORTS ORDERS DELIVERED TO ALL COUNTRIES (REGIONS) IN THE WORLD.
All product quotations on our website do not include shipping costs. Generally, we will determine the shipping costs based on the weight of the products you buy and the destination country.
Most standard shipments are sent by DHL,UPS,Fedex,S.F International Packet etc. The specific service depends on the weight and product type (e.g. Power bank) of your order.
Dispatch within 5 working days except unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to your location.
SHIPPING TIME: 1 - 4 WEEKS (DHL:3-8days)
The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.
Shipping carrier delay, weather delay or international Customs inspections delay are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us for further assistance.
When you place an order on the FEISMAN/FEISLUMA website, you will receive a shipping info email from FEISMAN. Please check your email address. In addition, you can also check the shipping info through track order.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China at the moment, but we will build our warehouse soon in your country, including the USA, UK, German, Canada, and more countries.
NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Only items purchased directly from FEISMAN's online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. FEISMAN reserves the right to deny any return.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
Once the returned item arrives back in FEISMAN's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. To start the return process, please contact our Customer Support team. Please include the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, FEISMAN reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability). In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the ”Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
FREEBIE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Freebies are not for resale and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Freebies are provided on an “as is” basis (with its present look or condition), without further warranty or any kind. Including but limited to, lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen free gifts once they are claimed and these gifts are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
